Caribbean Offshore Services Corp was created in 1999 in response to the need to satisfy the demand to offshore financial services from the then newly emerging jurisdiction of Dominica.

Since then we have succeeded in offering a wide variety of services of a quality which is comparable to that offered by the best service providers in longer established jurisdictions; and we have managed to do so while keeping our prices competitive.

Our company comprises of an experienced team of professionals, including practicing attorneys, specializing in providing corporate and related services to the international community. The high quality of our work is indicated by the large number of service providers with which we are associated in other jurisdictions. These include the Channel Islands, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, The Ukraine and Russia. This network has created a valuable platform from which to provide multi jurisdictional service to the increasing number of clients who now demand them.
