DOMINICA'S LAND AND PROPERTY FEES AND TAXES
The fees and taxes which are payable by a purchaser are as follows:
-Government taxes: 7.5%
-Lawyer’s fee: 3%
-An additional 10% if the purchaser is an alien.
All fees are based on the purchase price or value of the land in Dominica, whichever is greater.
